Ackley, delegate to the Rotary International convention at San Francisco last week, re ported briefly on the convention at the Tuesday luncheon of the Brookings club. “Rotarían« from 60 countries were present, and although you might have difficulty in under standing some of them, they are men of the same opinion serv ice. The i948 convention will be held at Rio deJaniero, Brazil.
