Grow ers of this area should likewise diversify and carry eggs in sev eral baskets. Another practice which m ust come about here — and that soon is the establish m ent of an experim ental station for all plants grown in this area. I can name at least three who would be qualified to carry on this work, and there may be two or three more cqually-well qual ified to help out. Experiences of the past year should have taught a few lessons. At least these lessons should be heeded.
