FREE bike parking is available and the whole shebang is just blocks from the MAX line. It all begins with the Oregon Brewers Brunch (10am, $36 for food, two pints of Deschutes beer, a T-shirt and a $10 festival tasting package) & parade, which begins at 11:30 am July 28 at Deschutes Brewery’s Portland Public House and winds its way to the main festival’s opening festivities.
