calendar 30 East Broadway, Eugene 344-6948 When Roger Waters left Pink Floyd in the mid ‘80s, he took not only his songwriting genius and overcast British sensibility but removed every last shred of dignity and integrity from the outfi t. That, my friends, was the fi nal cut. Of course, none of this stopped that greedhead hack, guitarist David Gilmour, from continuing on as Pink Floyd, thereby turning the once glorious band into a traveling snakeoil show of nostalgia and laser-light horseshit for middle-age stoners. Me, I’d rather see The Pink Floyd Experience any day, a tribute band of crackerjack musicians who nail the songs with precision, passion and the respect they deserve, from their blistering version of “Comfortably Numb” to “Time.” They play 7pm, Sunday, at Hult Center. $25-$37.
