In fact, most home sales involve the participation of women shoring mortgage responsibilities. With higher home prices, it often tokes two incomes in order to qualify for o mortgage Condominiums, particularly in , high security buildings, are most popular among single women in urban areas Elsewhere, smaller, older homes ore the choice. This isn't surprising, since most first-time buyers lean toward more affor dable housing. Overall, most single people-men ond w om en-are seeking stability, a good investment, and tax sav ings.
