If there was no agree ment relative to aid charge then $100 00 per month is a reasonable charge for said storage a total up to this date of $650 00 The amount of said lien t* increasing at the rate lust mentioned dependent on the length of time hereinafter during which storage is fur nished by claimant No part of said total has been paid the amount now due on claimant s hen is $2500 00 The said lien debtor either knows or should reasonably know that the said charges are due.
