To resolve this problem. Baker said two years ago the EPA requested the water company install an additional 100.000 gallon storage tank just above the water system's old reser voir This would give the system a three-day supply during times of high tur bulence. The EPA is concerned about turbidity because germs can be carried along in the particles of water While the company was c o n s tru c tin g the new storage tank.
