At Sandy City Hall Aubm was cited for driving under the influence of in to x icants However, following an incident at the police station, he was arrested for assaulting a public safety officer, resisting arrest, second degree c rim in a l trespass and third-degree escape He was taken to Clackamas County Jail. David Allen Novotny, 42, of Sandy was arrested at 2:17 a m Sunday for d riv ing w ith a suspended license and dnving under the influence of intoxicants after a traffic stop at Plea sant Street and Ten Eyck Road. He was taken to Clackamas County Jail Andy B Manzanares. 22. of Portland was arrested Sunday at 12:15 a m after he was stopped for a tra ffic violation. Sandy F ir e D is t r ic t responded la st F rid a y evening to a car fire on Highway 26, just west of McCabe Road.
