County board considers extra duties Anticipating budget pro blems for the coming fiscal year, the Clackamas Coun ty Board of County Com missioners is proposing to assume the responsibilities of the hearings officers The commissioners ex pect to take over the duties in reviewing conditional use permits beginning July 1 Such a move would re quire a change in the coun ty ’s zoning and develop ment ordinance surr photo Lynn Harris, Z.rl and Scott («ernhart will teach drivers education this summer.
