JONES Paat ( orrrtpoodrnl The Clackamas County Board of County Commis sioners voted April 5 to allow the proposed mobile home subdivision to be developed in Brightwood. The decision by Commis ft? ’ sioners Ralph Groener and Robert Schumacher to allow the proposed 192 unit subdivision to be developed in 48 seres overrules a decision by a Clackamas County hearings officer last fall to deny a condi tional use permit for the mobile home project. The hearings officer con curred with the develop ment’s opposition, the En vironmental Committee On Suitability and the Moun ta in A re a C o rr id o r Citizens, that the proposed subdivision impacted both a w ild life habitat and wetlands He further ruled that the development proposal to develop p riv a te roads rather than county roads should not be allowed Also, the hearings officer said that as proposed, the standards set forth in the zoning and development or Concert set Sunday r fc j 1 »V* J dinances and the conditions set forth in both the Mt.
