Tom Novotny, at 668 5061. or Stu Simonson, at 668 6024 If one has not pre registered, this can be done at the tryouts Adult softball meetings are set The Sandy Area Softball Association will be holding divisional meetings this month at the Sandy Com mumty Center The men's meeting will be March 22 at 7 p m The women will meet March 23. also at 7 All teams that wish to Chess club finds a home A unanimous vote at the M a rc h W om en's Club meeting gave the Mt Hood Chess Club perm anent quarters The club will meet in the Women’s Club building on Salmon River Road in Welches every Wednesday night at 7 30 The chess club, formed four years ago. is compris ed of both novice and tour nament players An annual tournament is held, as are occasional skills matches against other clubs in the state The club is open to new players Call Cal Bertram at 622 3952 or Dave Enna at 622 4546 Workout schedule set A workout schedule has been set up for the Cinder Hawks track team They will meet from 5 30 to 7 p m on Tuesdays at Cedar Ridge Junior High and on Thursdays at the Bull Run Grade School, again from 5 30 to 7 p m They will meet Saturdays at noon at the Mt Hood Community College track and gym.
