About 230 are expected to participate in the Sandy Cascade Soccer Club this year. About 50
participated last season. The action shown on this page occurred Saturday on the Kelso
School fields. Bob Espenel is president of the club, and he told The Post that they need to
raise $1,500 for uniforms and equipment. They will be selling Westinghouse Eye-Saving
lighthulbs in an effort to raise the money. Committee members include Marty Wolfe, Karen
Craig, Lisa Westlink, Caryn Priest. Laurie Espenel. Jane I)evev, Nancy Edwards, Teresa
Nugent, Betty Britton, Theresa Christian, Cathy Langley. Mary Ann Burke. Maryann Izer,
I enny Smith, Judy Lenchitsky, Bonnie Sarich. Kathy Collins, Anne Ashmore and Sherry
Sperling, co-chairperson.
