To the Editor Recent action taken by the Clackamas County Planning Review Comm ittee, which was convened to investigate county planning practices and per aonnel, has c re a te d a credibility gap which w ill be very difficult, if not impossible, to overcome. The Comprehensive Plan is c o n tro v e rs ia l an d serious differences of opinion still exist even among the members of the Advisory Planning Com m ission who supposedly worked on the plan.
