SEAFOOD CAKNEROLE 2 cups cooked white rice 2 cups cooked wild rice 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 cups milk 2 lbs crab 1 lb shrimp, or 3 cans shnmp rinsed in cold water 2 cups grated cheese spread over all Saute 2 large onions 1 green pepper cup celery, finely chopped In a large mixing bowl, mix soups with milk, add white and wild rice and mix Add sauteed ingredients and m ix , then shrimp and crab and mix Hut into large buttered long pyrex baking dish Spread grated cheese over all Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees to 350 degre«>s Serves 12 —From the files o( M rs Ben Schulz, Bellingham.
