Small onion, chopped
1 cup catsup

V« cup vinegar
M, cup Worcestershire Sauce
Mix together and pour over a
cut up frying chicken which has
been placed in a pyrex baking
disti with skin side up Bake at
325 degrees for 1>A hours

2 cups cooked white rice
2 cups cooked wild rice
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom
soup
2 cups milk
2 lbs crab
1 lb shrimp, or 3 cans shnmp
rinsed in cold water
2 cups grated cheese spread
over all
Saute
2 large onions
1 green pepper
cup celery, finely chopped
In a large mixing bowl, mix
soups with milk, add white and
wild rice and mix Add sauteed
ingredients and m ix , then
shrimp and crab and mix Hut
into large buttered long pyrex
baking dish Spread grated
cheese over all Bake for 1
hour at 325 degrees to 350

1 cups (about 2 lbsi zucchini,
in ' i " diagonal slices
2 or 3 sweet red peppers, cut
in nngs
4 Tablespoons b u tte r or
margarine
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
marinade or seasoning
4 teaspoon salt
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 Tablespoon grated lemon
rind
In a large skillet, saute
zucchini and pepper rings in 2
Tablespoons butter until just
tender Add next 2 ingredients
and stir until mixed Arrange in
shallow 2 quart baking dish
Meanwhile, brown crumbs in
remaining butter Add lemon
rind and sprinkle over zucchini
mixture Serve at once, or heat
thoroughly in hot oven <400
degrees I about 10 minutes
