The a le trn a te to th e 95-day ' season w as a sp lit season of tw o periods to tallin g 86 days. In th e past O regon gu n n ers hav e alw ays ex p ressed th e ir season over th e split ty p e sh o rte r hunt. Bag lim it on ducks this y e a r w as increased by one b ird , p ro viding th e e x tra bird is of th e bonus species. Bonus b ird s include p in tail and w id geon.
