Happy riders
treet Roots vendors are participating
in Community Cycling Center’s
Biketown for All program. On Nov. 8,
20 vendors attended an orientation, and 10
signed up for the program, which provides
low-income individuals with a $3 monthly
membership and unlimited ride time on
Biketown bike share bikes throughout the
city.
At the orientation vendors learned about
the program, learned about bike safety,
received a free helmet and took a Biketown
bike for a ride.
Street Roots will continue to partner with
Community Cycling Center to bring
interested vendors Biketown for All
memberships.
