A p p licatio n form s are availab le at th e Tow n H all P lanning C om m ission P ow ers and D uties: recommend edcbaZYXWVUTSRQPONMLKJIHG and make sug gestions to the council concerning 1) roads, parking, betterment of housing and sanitation, buildings, and land development; 2)regulate future growth, development and beautification;3) plans for promo tion, development and regulation of industrial pursuits; 4) advertise industrial and real estate advantages and opportunities; 5)encourage industry; 6) make economic surveys of potential industrial needs of the town; and 7) strengthen develop and stabilize employment condi tions. P lanning C om m ission M em b ersh ip : seven members appointed by the Town Council for a term of four years who are not officials or em ployees of the Town. The Mayor is entitled to sit with the Commission and take part in its discussions, but shall not have the right to vote.
