plaints from citizens stating that
vehicles are being stored (parked)
w ithin illegal, portable parking struct ­
ures w ithin or partially on city
property, such as city streets.
This
notice is to explain the legalities of
parking vehicles on city property.
O rdinance # l.la allow s the parking
of vehicles along city streets as long as
they are properly licensed and are in
running condition.
O rdinance #203 does not restrict
parking along city streets, how ever, it
does restrict the use of accessory
structures on or encroaching on city
streets or other city property.
