Finishing the league sea son 12-0, the Loggers w ere pum ped to go to B aker and do som e dam age. B rianna Sm eltz led in assists w hile Jessica D unlap and A sia M illion led in steals. K rystle Row ley w as the m ain three-point shooter, w hile K ayla M cK ibbin hit the baseline shot all day. C assy B artel w as second on the rebounding scale and brought her scoring average up to 10 points a gam e. Com ing off last years four w in se son w ith the help of a new coach Lance B ruce the Loggers retaliated to a respectable tnira in league finish this year. W hen the regular sea son ended, the Logger squad w as tied for sec ond w ith rival school the H osanna Lions. T ne honor of second place cam e dow n to a playoff gam e at a neutral court. T he Logger's^lead w as slow ly getting sm aller. Eventually the Lions surged ahead. U n- fortunately, the Loggi lers w ere unable to retali ate w ith sufficient force. A lthough they didn't to m ake it to D istricts, the Loggers look forw ard to a another successful season. Losing only tw o seniors, the Loggers will look to an experienced returning squaa.
