T he parade categories this year are; M oth er G oose-N ursery R hym es/S tory B ook, D isney or favorite cartoon character, O ur G ang-Little R ascals, O ld M acD onalds Farm /kids and pets, and K ids on W heels/bikes, w agons, skates, skateboards...A LL A G E S W E LC O M E FO R TH E P A R A D E C A TE G O R IE S !!! T he B ig B utte H istorical S ociety is doing The Little R ascals float. They are looking for “ O ur G ang" characters. P lease contact Joyce H ailic- ka w ith any original ideas you m ight have. A ny Little R ascal look-alikes out there? C all Joyce at 865-3205. There w ill be a w agon race for tw o-kid team s. The age groups are, 5 to 8 and 9 to 12 years old. T hen the trike race! The age groups for the trike race are, 0 to 3 ,4 to 5, and adult. B ring your trike and pedal, pedal, pedal! P arade and booth entry form s are available at C ity H all and are attached to this June B ulletin. Fill them out as soon as possible and return them to C ity H all. R em em ber, 10% of the profit gained from 4th of July collected by the A ctive C lub helps fund S anta N ight! The parade w ill start at 11 :00 am , participants need to start lining up at 9:30 am at the E lem en tary S chool. The A ctive C lub sure could use your help during the 4th of July and for S anta N ight.
