Farm workers organize club in Sandy THE NEW CENTER at Sandy is already becoming lively with meetings, even though the formal opening will not come until May. Last week this news paper printed a photo of the teen age club. This week we present a newly organized group of adults, a farm workers' club. TWENTY-FOUR persons attended the club meeting last week. This club plans to form GED classes for adult education. There will be dances and recreational activities. The club will meet each Thursday evening. ABOVE ARE the newly elected officers: (left to right) Bill Guernsey, presi dent; Sherman Pehfter, vice president; Darlene Pehfter, treasurer; Charlene Smith, secretary; Bill Smith, chairman.
