No service is planned. Southern Oregon Crema- tion Services is in charge of arrangements. Ms. McElroy was born on Sept. 1, 1941 in Pacific Grove, Calif. She was mar- ried to Howard P. Groin injury suffered by dog walker A rural Grants Pass resident walking his dogs shot himself in his groin and one leg while going down an embankment, said Josephine County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO). The victim in the Sat- urday, April 10 incident was identified as Mark D. Peckham, 36, of DeWoody Lane. Peckham apparently shoved his pistol into his pants, and it accidentally discharged, said JCSO. He walked approxi- mately a half-mile before he could shout to his wife, and she dialed 911. Ameri- can Medical Response and JCSO responded.
