He promoted the importance of the Native products in his cooking and the commitment to incorporate his Native flair when at all possible. He prepared a spin on his favorite Three Sisters Salad that utilizes balsamic and olive oil from Seka Hills Co., owned by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation in California.
