Executive Chef Jack Strong is a guest chef during a cooking demonstration for
more than 50 people at a recent McMinnville SIP event sponsored by Chinook
Winds Casino Resort. He promoted the importance of the Native products in his
cooking and the commitment to incorporate his Native flair when at all possible. He
prepared a spin on his favorite Three Sisters Salad that utilizes balsamic and olive
oil from Seka Hills Co., owned by the Yocha Dehe Wintun Nation in California.
More than 8.000 guests attended the three-day event.
