Lettuce Wraps Ingredients 1 head romaine lettuce - leaves washed and de-cored 1 pound lean ground beef 1 tablespoon cooking oil 1 large yellow onion, chopped fine 3 large cloves fresh garlic, minced 2 stalks celery, diced 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 pound crimini mushrooms, cleaned and chopped cup House of Tsang Saigon Sizzle sauce 1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped 3. Rinse whole lettuce leaves and pat dry, being careful not to tear them. Set aside. In a medium skillet over high heat, brown the ground beef in 1 table spoon of oil, stirring often and reduc ing the heat to medium, if necessary. Drain and set aside to cool. Cook the onion in the same pan, stirring fre quently until almost translucent. Add the chopped mushrooms and cook down moisture from mushrooms. Add the garlic, soy sauce, Saigon Sizzle, celery, fish sauce and chopped water chestnuts to the mixture and stir about 3-5 minutes. Arrange lettuce leaves around the outer edge of a large serving platter and pile meat mixture in the center. To serve, allow each person to spoon a portion of the meat into a lettuce leaf. Coverage lasts for one full year and covers all health needs, including doctor visits, dental care, vision, mental or behavioral health services, prescriptions and more. Children will not be turned away because of pre-existing conditions or be put on a waiting list. American Indians and Alaska Natives who qualify for the low-cost option do not pay a monthly premium. No family makes too much for Healthy Kids. Even middle-income families can qualify for coverage on a sliding scale. For example, a family of four can earn as much as $67,200 per year and may qualify for the low-cost option.
