Open House Neachesna Village Lincoln City, Oregon Aug. 30, 2011 Photos by Diane Rodriquez The Siletz Tribe celebrated the completion of eight new apartments at Neachesna Village with an open house attended by Tribal Council members and Lincoln City officials. Participants in the ribbon-cutting ceremony (right) included Sami Jo Difuntorum, housing director; Teresa Simmons, Chinook Winds and the Lincoln City Chamber of Commerce ambassadors; Robert Kentta, Sharon Edenfield, Bud Lane and Tina Retasket, Tribal Council; Susan Wahlke, chamber ambassadors; Lillie Butler, Tribal Council; Rob Smith, construction coordinator; and Linda Roy, chamber executive director. The apartments (below) also have a community room for gatherings.
