Hunting and Fishing Reporting Incentives
The Natural Resources Committee has decided to implement an incentive
program this year for reporting hunting and fishing tag successes.
It’s the tag holder’s responsibility to report to the Natural Resources Depart­
ment when the tag has been filled. Everyone who reports filling their tag will be
entered into a drawing for prizes.
The drawing will be held at the first Natural Resources Committee meeting
following the end of the fishing season (December meeting) and after the end of
the last hunting season (April meeting).
Incentives for the 2007-2008 seasons will be gift certificates to Sportsman’s
Warehouse in Salem. There will be one $50 gift certificate for salmon tag report­
ing and three gift certificates for hunting tag reporting ($100, $75, $50).
Remember, it’s the person whose name is on the tag who must report if it is
filled. This will be the person whose name is entered into the drawing.
