TRIBAL PROGRAM NEWS Request for Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Services “Multi-Purpose Tribal Food Distribution Facility” The Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians has released a Request for Pro posals for architectural and engineering services for the design and construction of a USDA warehouse and food distribution structure. Minimum qualifications required to submit a proposal are: 1. 2. 3.
