Rehabilitation refers to repairs or renovations to the home, but does not in clude appliances, saunas, hot tubs, swim ming pools, etc. Over-income refers to tribal members whose income exceeds the income limits set by the Native American Housing As sistance and Self-Determination Act (NAHASDA). Applications, including proof of in come and mortgage, must be submitted to the Housing Office by July 29. The se lection process will be a lottery drawing of applications received by the deadline.
