TRIBAL PROGRAM NEWS JoAnn Miller celebrates her 70th birthday with a party attended by about 50 people at the Siletz Tribal Community Center. JoAnn wishes to thank everyone who attended and for all the nice gifts. She especially would like to thank her children, who prepared the food, and Kitti Hostler.
