proud to announce the birth of their son,
Connor William German, on Dec. 30,
2001. Connor was bom at 11:45 a.m.
in Corvallis, Ore. He weighed 8 pounds
and was 20-1/4 inches long.
Connor has a sister, Dezarae, 7. His
grandparents are Larry and Debra Sapp
of Siletz and William and Mary German
of Portland, Ore.

Daryl Cox would like to welcome their
son, Hunter Eriq Cox. Hunter was bom
on Nov. 3, 2001, weighing 8 pounds,
7 ounces, and 19-1/2 inches long.
He joins a brother, Michael Bostrom.
It just so happened 46 years ago,
this very good-looking white man asked
this gorgeous Indian chick to marry
him. She said yes and they have been
together since, happily married for
many many moons.

Gladys Staggs on Feb. 24. Wow, I’m at
a loss for words! You have been a great
example for us. You have taught us to
reach high, attain our goals, and love
life and those lives we touch. You have
given so much and asked for so little.
The memories I cherish are of fun
times, lessons learned, laughter, family,
and of God, whom you have taught us
to lean on. Today, I know that all
families are not like ours, all mothers
do not give, love, or teach their
children. They do not teach values or
traditional ways like you did. I thank
you for ail you do, all you’ve done, and
the memories! Notice that I did not
mention that you are 80 years old!
