This board was formed under the Tribal/State Gaming Compact. All tribal members are eligible to apply. For more information, refer to Distribution of Net Revenues Ordinance No. 6.80. Please submit your name, address, and telephone number by Dec. 1, 2000, to CTSI, P.O. Box 549, Siletz, OR 97380. The tribal chairman will recommend three names to the Tribal Council, which will have final approval. The board will include one Tribal Council member, three members of the Siletz Tribe, two non-tribal members from Lincoln County, and one member of the public from the tribe’s service area. The governor will submit names of interested non-tribal members.
