Position Title: Location: Supervisor: Salary: Dental Receptionist Siletz Community Health Clinic Siletz, Oregon Dental Officer $19,807 annually Minimum Requirements: H igh school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of general office experience, previous medical or dental reception experience desired. Ability to relate well to clinic patients, clinic and tribal staif, and the general public. Must be able to adhere to the confidentiality of information and individuals as described in the CTSI Management Manual and federal law. Typing capabilities of 40-45 WPM, with word-processing or computer experience. Good oral and written communication skills. Ma j or Putiw Serve as key personnel for greeting visitors to the dental clinic. Answer incoming phone calls, screens callers, takes messages. Schedule clinic dental appointments. Screen patients for eligibility and verify insurance. Prepare and request dental charts. Assist patients in completing forms and follow-up procedures. Set up preservice payment arrangements and resolution of problems. Provides clerical and typing data entry support for dental and billing staff., as needed. Participate in dental staff activities including staff meetings and quality improvement activities. Work with dental vendors as needed.
