This pub not only has a frill bar, but great prices during happy hour, which is 4-7 p.m. dur ing weekdays. Unlike some bars with their unimaginative menus, Dr. John’s rotates their menu daily. They also boast one of the few internet jukeboxes in the area, with more than 40,000 songs to choose from. And if the internet jukebox isn’t enough, Dr. John’s also offers pool tables and video poker to keep patrons busy. Later on, we continued our “Crunk Fest ’05” at Archie’s in downtown Lake Oswego. Stay away from this bar unless you want to do some alcohol-fiieled study ing. This place has nightly happy hour specials, but that was about it. Archie’s, however, is a good place to go—if you want to end the night with some water. When Nic tried to order a “crunk juice” (Hennessy and Redbull), the bartender looked at him like he was Kobe stand ing next to a white girl. So he LAC K AM. A Sprint o ... exam changed his~order to a “Caribou Lou” (151, Malibu rum and pine apple juice) and was shut down like Mike Tyson at a Buster Douglas party. If a bar don’t carry pineapple juice, then it just don’t produce. For those people who live in the Canby area, you too can get drunk for low, low prices. The Denny’s Lounge is a very popu lar spot for happy hour. Denny’s offers a full bar and food specials during all hours of the day, but the official Truman Anderson Clackamas Print happy hour is from 3- OC’s own Wichita Tavern gets a full 10 from the Bar Czars. 6 p.m. on weekdays. Located on Molalla Avenue, the Wichita has been open since 1992. Menschenfriend plans to open one more coffee shop, closer to CCC, by the end of the year. Soon Dutch coffee will be walk ing distance from the college.
