The scenery is absolutely beautiful and the people are nice as well,” Nedelcu said. “The quality* of life here is so different. On the east coast, the people work more, for less money, and the rhythm of life is so much faster, so you are quite privileged here in Oregon. I think it’s a very good place to start a family.” In addition to working as a Clackamas instructor, Nedelcu also works at Clackamas as an employee of Intel, to prepare graduates for en try-level jobs in the field of micro electronics. “My position is paid by Intel and we are very successful with our pro gram. When asked about Clackamas, Nedelcu de scribed it as a “wonder ful place.” “The place is so clean and there is so much space, you don’t feel invaded. Especially the people are so nice. I think it’s a great team and I’m happy to be part of it.” MIKE POLLOCK / Clackamas Print Sanda Nedelcu is an instructor in the growing microelectronics program. Scorpio (Oct 23-Nov 21): Keep your eye on the ball. You have a way of getting a little bit side tracked. This time you can catch the ball if you don’t look away. This is a special ball that will not be thrown your way again for a while...so heads up. Sagittarius (Nov 22-Dec 21): Oh my goodness, you actually did it. You are on your own...for a little while anyway. Now that you are out of your comfort zone you will be forced to go out and meet people. Yes I know it sounds crazy. This week, go with the flow.
