The theme of the poem is fun, however, which is what Tammy Likens . . .enjoys writing poetry and running track this track season has been for most of the girls in Likens' view. Likens has been writing verse for years, but hasn't ever taken much interest in being published. "I just do it for fun or for friends," she said. Track has been one of her main interests since she began running as a freshman at Marshall High School.
