Based on the national pat- tern, Oregon can anticipate more than 250,000 sets a year or two after the new stations begin op eration, with more than 20,000 sets in Lane County alone. Under the FCC plan, Oregon cities and towns which may ob tain new stations are: Albany, Ashland. Astoria, Baker, Bend, Burns. Corvallis, Eugene, Giants Pass, Klamath Falls, La Grande, Obanon, McMinnville, Medford, North Bend. Pendleton, Portland, Roseburg, Salem, Springfield and The Dalles.
