Washington County Photo Contest The Tualatin Soil and Water Conservation District (SWCD) is hold- ing a Washington County photo contest for any and all photographers. Photos can be of anything that represents Wash- ington County culture (e.g. landscapes, animals, nature, farms, barns, plants, for- ests, and businesses). If photos have peo- ple in them they must fill out the Photo Release Form. Photo contest participants must sign the Permission to Reprint Form allowing the Tualatin Soil and Wa- ter Conservation District to have the full rights to use your photo in print, on the web, and in any other outreach materials. Photos must be submitted by 5:00 pm on September 30, 2017. All photos will be judged by SWCD staff who will choose the final four photos to be hung in their new office.
