submitted. We will print letters space
permitting. Deadline is the 1st and 3rd

Washington
County Photo
Contest
The Tualatin Soil and Water
Conservation District (SWCD) is hold-
ing a Washington County photo contest
for any and all photographers. Photos
can be of anything that represents Wash-
ington County culture (e.g. landscapes,
animals, nature, farms, barns, plants, for-
ests, and businesses). If photos have peo-
ple in them they must fill out the Photo
Release Form. Photo contest participants
must sign the Permission to Reprint
Form allowing the Tualatin Soil and Wa-
ter Conservation District to have the full
rights to use your photo in print, on the
web, and in any other outreach materials.
Photos must be submitted by 5:00 pm on
September 30, 2017.
All photos will be judged by
SWCD staff who will choose the final
four photos to be hung in their new office.
The top four winners will also receive a
$50 VISA Gift Card. The winners will be
