Lisa has worked at the shelter for 15 years, has a great working knowledge of shelter operations, animal behavior, and a sense of what this commu- nity needs in order to help improve the animal wel- fare of Columbia County. Lisa looks forward to her continued work with the Columbia Humane Society, and hopes to make your visit to the shelter a positive one. Feel free to stop in and meet her, and to share any ideas you might have for helping her and us up- hold and further the mission of the shelter. As always, without the continued support of our community our little shelter would not be able to move forward each year. We are proud to say that we helped house and rehome 1,200 animals in 2015, and look forward to the impact we can make in the animal world in 2016.
