This year’s event high- lights the centennial of the historic Seattle and Winnipeg general strikes. It kicks off Friday with a la- bor history field trip for students. Opening night will feature the exclu- sive American showing of a trailer from the new musical Stand!, a film about the 1919 Winnipeg General Strike.
