White Bird Commissions New Work from Trio of Local Choreograph Native Oregonian Gregg Bielemeier ha been dancing for 38 of hi 58 years, with more than half of hi dance career spent in Portland. But tho e new to the Ro e City or its dance scene might not have een his choreography- which colleagues and critics describe a witty and inventive-becau e he has kept a low profile for the past several years. After producing a full,evening work called Poo- dle Farm in 2002, Bielemeier swore he would never again self-produce a concert dance performance. He ay : "rm not a multitasker, and it ju t makes me crazy.
