Therefore, all people at the festival site must observe and maintain the following a x le o f conduct: 1. N o person shall violate any federal, state, county or city law, ordinance, rule or regulation. 2. N o person shall take, deface, damage or destroy any personal, private or public proper ty kx:ated at the festival site, other than their personal possessions. 3. N o person shall engage in conduct that disrupts or interferes with the normal opera tions o f the festival site, its participants, exhibitors, vendors or performances or engage in conduct that disturbs volunteers, contrac tors, participants or public visitors.
