Broadway. “W e have patched and plugged as much as we can, hut we now need to engage in an exten sive roof replacem ent and make other badly needed repairs to the building’s exterior,” said the Rev. M ichael N ikolaus, M C C Portland interim pastor. “ It is critical that we do this before the fall rains return to our city.” T h e cam paign, “ How Dry I A m : T h e U n holy R o o f and Exterior R enovation Project," aim s to raise $35,000 in order to proceed with the repairs, which will cost about $55,000.
