Position involoves risk assessments, harm reduction education and referral. Conduct community outreach, education and advocacy to increase access for men who have sex w ith men o f color to resources, information and services. REQUIREMENTS: Two or more years work in public health/education/social ser- vice/related field or bachelors degree in a related field, computer proficiency with MS Office, good communication and interper sonal skills, experience working with diverse and disenfranchised populations, primarily gay and bisexual men and com munities of color. Previous work experience with HIV and bilingual Spanish skills p e - ferred. COM PENSATION: Part-time salary range from $10,500 to $12,500, depending on qualifications and experience.
