The nurvhaser can pay cash, in which case he will be allowed a dis couut of ten per cent, on the purchase price, or be can have ten years' time in which to make up the the tame by snii.ll annual payments, with interest at seven per cent, pur annum. In thiacase the pur chaser pays down one-teulh of the price. One jolt irom uie saie ne pays seven per cent, interest on the remaining nine-tenths of the principal. Government Lands. Although surveys have been carried on for ma ny years, vast tracts of publiu lands still remain unsurvoyed.
