This sum mons is served upon you by publication once a week for Six (6) consecutive weeks in the Jacksonvt'le Post, a newspaper of general circulation, pub lished in Jacksonville, Oregon, by order of Honorable F. M. Calkins, Judge of t h e above entitled court, whicji order, was made on August 26th, 1919. Said property is described, as follows:— Beginning at a point on the east line of Oregon Street, Jacksonville, Ore gon, 250 feet north of the northeast corner of “F” Street and Oregon Street, which said point is the north line of Lot r.ow occupied by David Linn, and running thence with the east line of Oregon Street north wardly 200 feet; thence southwardly parallel with said “F” Street 650 feet to stake for corner, thence ang ling to a point on the north line of “F” Street opposite the nor'heast corner of Block No. 38; thence with the north line of said ’, F” Street 260 fee’ to east line of David Linn’s Lot; thence northwardly with the east line of David Linn’s lot 250 feet to the north line of said Lot; thence west 200 feet to the place of begin ning, (excepting therefrom the parcel of land heretofore conveyed to to M. M. Tavlor and Geo. E. Neuber as shown by deed recorded May 10th, 1902, in Volume 44 at page 612 of the Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon.) Also, beginning on the east line of Oregon Street 200 feet northerly from the northwest corner of David Linn's Lot mentioned above; thence along the east line of Oregon Street north 25 degrees east 940 feet to north line of Cluggage Donation Land Claim, thence east on said line 392 feet; thence South 1144 feet; thence north 67 degrees west 860 feet, more or less, to the place jf be ginning, containing 12.88 acres, all in Jacksonville, Jackson County, Oregon.
