OREGON Established on Rogue River Be tween Grants Pass and Woodville. A movement is on foot to establish a rural delivery of mails coming up on the south side of the Rogue river and returning on the north side, between Grants Pass and Woodville. This was sought last year, but turned down by the department because of not being able to show a population as required by the regulations. _ A paper is being circulated now, and it is believed that far over 100 families will be accounted for this time and that the service is assured.
