The property is built upon business lines and run upon business principles. Its policy is progressive, forceful and in dependent. Its manager has had many years' experience in practical newspa per work. The newspaper properties owned are bound to lie great news papers, because they represent the whole people and standing for tho peo ple, will lie supported by tho people. Tho daily has grown wonderfully since tho present mnnnger took charge. He found a bankrupt institution with noth ing but debts, ill-will and prepaid circu lation.
